The BCCC Scholarship

Butter Cut Country Club’s founding principles are built upon beautiful ball flights; most notably the butter cut. While BCCC represents low handicaps and champions at all levels; it also represents having a profound positive impact in the community and the game of golf. With these principles in mind, we partnered with the First Tee chapters in Washington D.C., Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, and Palm Beach, FL, to create the BCCC Scholarship.

The BCCC Scholarship focuses on helping those in the community who are driven and passionate about the game of golf but lack the means to attend Division I camps around the country like the Wake Forest Golf Camp. Each year, young men and women will apply for the opportunity by submitting an essay to BCCC articulating their love for the game. Our committee will meet and select the applicants who will receive the scholarship based on their submitted essay. Upon selection, the committee members will send acceptance letters to the recipients which will include all necessary details. At these camps, they will receive world-class instruction, establish lasting connections, and develop priceless life skills.
